Align the red dots on your lens and adapter, and rotate clockwise until locked.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.
I found the Urth adapter simply by google search and it looked alright, after receiving it I was actually impressed with the great fit and the smooth finish ! Way above the average, even without considering the excellent price !
Simple and perfect. The adapter fits well to the camera and the lens fits well to the adapter. Well made.
It works, just as it should be.
Happy about this adapter as it allows the lenses I have focus close to the infinity mark. This allows the lens to focus very close to its minimum focus distance. Most importantly some wide angle lenses have floating elements and having the correct flange depth allows these lenses to function as designed. There are more accurate depths attained with other adapters but non that I have found come as close to the price point of the Urth adapters. I now own and use five of these adapters for my vintage old mount glass. Plant some trees!
