Align the lens to the adapter, and rotate clockwise until locked.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Almost...

The adapter, itself, is very solid. Nicely polished and built. M42 lenses fit like a glove. However, notice something about the Viltrox and Canon adapters and yours? Yeah, they have caps, yours doesn't. For the prices charged for your adapters, you could include some caps.

So great adapters, but missing a key component.

An absolute pleasure

Using my M42 fitted Helios 44M lens on my Canon EOS 5D was always a pleasure but the adapter (found on Amazon) that I used back then wasn’t very well made.

Now with the Urth adapter to my EOS R5, I’m truly impressed by the sharpness, the dreamy vibes and the insane bokeh of the Helios!

Urth products are simply amazing; good looking, well handling, nice feeling AND environmentally conscious in one sleek packaging. 11/10 would buy again!

Mount works and looks good, but for unknown reason you can't put the standard Canon RF rear cap on the adapter's back (it really should fit!), so I had to get pouches for the lens on which I'm using the adapter to reduce the chance of getting the lens dirty inside. Disappointing.
