For art to have an impact, it needs to be experienced. By linking a gallery-grade giclee print to an NFT, art can live in the world and exist beyond it.
Every Urth Art NFT comes with the rights to 1 physical print, custom made and marked with a unique identifying code. So authenticity can be verified and ownership can be guaranteed.
This means your art not just holds value, but can grow as an investment whilst honouring the artist’s vision for their work to leave a real impression on the world.
As a living contract, Urth Art NFTs allow a single piece of art to plant 10 trees upon its initial purchase and every following sale, offsetting the NFT’s carbon footprint and creating an ongoing positive impact on the planet.
As a tool for empowering artists, Urth Art NFTs ensure artists are fairly compensated. We give artists the power to set the price of their art, and NFTs allow artists to earn royalties any time their work is resold.
Urth Art streamlines the way you buy and own NFTs. From purchasing NFTs directly through our online store to helping set up crypto wallets and custom printing your art, we support collectors every step of the way.
Urth Art NFTs are custom printed and framed so you can experience their full impact in person.
Partnering with a local Australian archival framer, Urth Art prints are framed with sustainably sourced timber to display the artwork, without damaging the environment. And to bring the gallery experience home, Urth Art prints are protected by art-grade acrylic glazing that prevents fading and discolouration.
NFTs are an evolution to the way art is collected and owned.
By purchasing an artwork linked to an NFT, you gain the contract of ownership that proves your art is undeniably authentic and original. It also proves that the work belongs to you. As a collector, you have a way of verifying that your artwork is not a replica or a copy, which has long been an issue for physical and digital art. This all means your art can hold more value.
As Urth Art NFTs are made and can be easily traded on the Ethereum blockchain, it also means you can directly sell your art to a growing world of collectors should you decide to part with it.
Go to metamask.io and select the Android or iOS mobile application. You can also go directly to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile device. If you download MetaMask on a desktop or laptop, you won’t be able to view your NFT, so we recommend using a mobile device.
Important note: When installing MetaMask, you will be prompted to secure your wallet by backing up your Secret Recovery Phrase, or ‘seed phrase’. It’s very important that you do this step and record your seed phrase in a safe location. If you lose this, you can lose access to your NFT and there is no way to recover it.
Download MetaMask here.
Make sure your wallet is set to Ethereum Main Network. If you have just installed MetaMask, this is the default network.
Important note: If you send us a wallet address for another network, you may lose your NFT.
Tap on the abbreviated address below the account name to copy your Ethereum wallet address to your clipboard.
Please login to your Urth customer account and click on your order number. This will bring you to a page where you can share your Ethereum wallet address with us.
If you checked out as a guest, please get in touch to share your wallet details.
Paste the copied Ethereum wallet address into the ‘Your wallet address’ field and hit enter to send it to us.
Once we have received your wallet address, we will transfer your NFT. Please allow up to 3 working days for this transfer to be completed.
You are now the owner of a verified authentic and limited artwork. Welcome to the future of art collecting, where physical meets digital.
