A screw on cap is the best way to protect the delicate and hard to find Schneider Super-Angulon 47mm on my Silvestri SLV 6x9 camera.
These lenses aren't made anymore...
The best filter caps I have ever used. They are made of very strong metal, but at the same time, light. The thread is so well made and close very well. I use various 77mm and 82mm, I already have several pairs that I have been changing with (the ones I had before, were crude and heavy in manufacture) The URTH caps weigh at least half as much as the old caps and close very well in different brands of filters.
Makes storing my collection of filters much easier. When stacked, they take up much less space so I can take a smaller gear bag when hiking and know the filters won’t get damaged.
